Dear Cherished Patrons:
After 36 wonderful years, it is time for me to hang up my apron!

Rick & Ann’s Restaurant will be closing on August 3rd of this year! Ann’s Catering will continue on at a different location allowing us to serve you better.

Thank you for all of your patronage over the last 36 years, and for allowing Rick & Ann’s Restaurant to be a part of your experiences. It has been so wonderful to be a part of this community and to experiene all of your lives throughout the years. From the joyous celebrations such as birthdays, holidays, rites of passage, and family get together, to the more difficult life cycle events. I’ve been priviledged and honored to have you share those with us. I’ve enjoyed seeing customers that I held as children, now with their families and some as grandparents. I’ve loved being a part of so many charities and community events that support schools and many children’s organizations.

Throughout the years I have had the good fortune to have hundreds of wonderful employees that have helped to created the Rick & Ann’s atmosphere. There are too many to mention individually, but I think of you all often with gratitude.

Not to worry, Ann’s Catering will still live on! Ann’s Catering will move to a commercial kitchen without any break in service and I will still be involved there for a couple of years as some of my employees take it over.

I want to give a special thanks to John and Lois Solomon. After working for John and Lois for several years at their restaurants, they helped us as silent partners to open Rick & Ann’s Restaurant. We could not have done it without their knowledge, experience and financial help.

I hope I get the chance to say goodbyes to all of you over the next few months. I’m looking foward to the next phase of my life. I will be involved in the community and traveling. I will miss Rick & Ann’s Restaurant and all of you. I’m looking forward to the next phase.

I don’t know what will be next for this space, but we will post when we hear.
